I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, each presenting their own unique life-changing challenges to conquer, such as: relationship difficulties, employment issues, changes in life circumstances such as loss of role, change in employment and change in living etc. My areas of expertise cover a wide array of mental health difficulties including: Anxiety, Depression/Low Mood, Worry, Stress, Health Anxiety, Trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic, Social Anxiety, Resilience and Phobias. While my native tongue is English, I also speak Gujarati, Urdu, and Hindi and am thus able to provide therapy in these languages to improve access to support.
